My only opinion: horrible. I made a reservation with trip for myself and two minor children from trip, indicating their ages. When I arrive, the person at the reception tells me that the hotel does not allow a room with the type of my group; but not paying extra, or anything. The only option he offers me is to give me another extra room, knowing that I am not going to use it. My arrival at the hotel is at the last minute because the plane arrived after ten at night (by the way, it even arrived late). I had no choice but to accept the solution they offered me. To all this, chat with trip customer service. The first night was paid for in an extra room that was never used. In total, we were able to go to sleep at one in the morning. But the next day the other person at the reception who assisted us gave us an even more horrible solution: he would not let us stay, not even paying for an extra hotel room or any other solution. That is to say, depending on the person at the reception, he gave me a "solution" by paying for an extra room for our entire stay, which he indicated to us, was worth more than the stay itself already managed and already paid for from trip (which did not cause problems when booking). or they told us to directly "find a life." Giving a lot of explanations and requests and having to go into personal details, the second person at the hotel "allowed" us to stay, paying for an extra room that was not used (same as the first night) but paying a totally different amount (! !!???). And to all this, I have had to pay an amount greater than Trip's initial reservation, which was claimed, and which no one has yet paid us. Curiously, I have stayed in other similar Ibis hotels in other European cities, in a similar room, and I never had any problems before. But the experience has been so horrible that I will never stay in any hotel of the same chain again. Can you imagine having to look for overnight accommodation the first night in an unknown city as a woman with two children and with suitcases on your back? And any other consideration about the hotel is absolutely secondary. I don't even go into valuing anything else. It is awful. Inhuman treatment

The tap water in Austria is drinkable. There was a supermarket nearby, which was extremely convenient. I visited on Saturday and Sunday, but I was able to go shopping on Saturday and it was close to the station, which was great.

We cannot store your luggage before check-in. The front desk person made fun of me by saying I was Chinese. It's far from the subway station, so I definitely don't recommend it. There are no amenities, only body soap. Since the declaration has three ports, it cannot be charged unless you use a plug that converts it to two ports. There is no USB either. be careful.

The location is far from the city, the price is not cheap, and the environmental sanitation is very poor. The quilt cover looks like it has not been washed. My hands and feet are itchy and lumpy after sleeping for one night. Not recommended.

Room was so small and no place for dresses . Just 2 beds

I was looking for a cheap place to stay and settled on this hotel. The area around the hotel is very limited. Basically on the edge of Vienna. There was a grocery store and a gas station next door and some restaurants in the metro stop that was a 10 minute walk. But being so far outside the city center meant a quiet area. I felt safe walking alone at night as a female. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. The shower floor was very slick. I did not eat the breakfast as I felt the price was too high. Overall, the hotel fit what I needed as a budget hotel with its own bathroom and near public transport.

I have stayed in Ibis budget hotels on numerous occasions and up until now I have always enjoyed them. However, this one really fell short. To be honest, it reminded me of a hospital or lower budget nursing home. I felt really uncomfortable and ended up checking out quickly after arriving. I would not recpmmend this facility to others.

The clean rooms and good location are perfect. It is also convenient that there are supermarkets and fast food restaurants in front of the station and near the hotel. Check-in and check-out were also smooth. It would be nice if there was a refrigerator and hair dryer.

This is the worst hotel I have ever booked on Ctrip! Worst! none of them! All facilities are outdated! Walking in looks like an abandoned factory! The air conditioner in the room looks like an old old car! Very poor service! No matter how busy you are, there is always only one person, no matter how long the check-in line is, the employees will pretend they didn’t see it! A receptionist at the front desk in a developed European country, when my room card expired and I was accustomed to pronouncing the middle part of the room number X0X as ! It’s simply ridiculous 😳

I don't know why but the basin smelled bad. It was like something up from sewage. Some hotel keep our luggage before check-in, but this hotel doesn't have the service. And there was no hair dryer in each room.
