The most wonderful stay in the beautiful Freud apartment. We were greeted & given a little tour by a lovely man called Jacob. A charming space, with everything you need literally home from home. Location is absolutely perfect for exploring the city, a quiet street with shops, cafes on your doorstep really. If we ever visit Vienna again we would definitely stay here.

We had the best experience at 7heaven. Our place was beautiful, charming, spacious, clean, safe, very comfortable and quiet in an amazing location close to everything. There were many museums, restaurants, bars, markets and everything you could possibly need nearby. Our host, Clemens was very informative, friendly, attentive and made us feel extremely welcome from the start. He even provided us with very good recommendations for places to visit. Thank you for making our time in Vienna so special. We will definitely be back!

6 stars! Our stay was amazing in the 'Mozart' unit in the historic 7th Heaven apartments. Our host, Jakob, was exceptionally attentive and very friendly, welcomed us, and always responded quickly. The units are all custom designed and thoughtfully decorated with original artwork and antique furniture. We had all the amenities we could wish for and the unit was very comfortable. The apartments are just a few minutes away from the museum district and the Hofburg, so all the main cultural attractions are within a 15-minute walking distance. There is plenty of excellent dining options in the area, and the unit comes with a massive booklet full of recommendations (and the history of the building!), so you will never run out of options to choose from. We are looking forward to our next stay here!

The hosts (Clemens and Annika) provided great communication and very helpful. Offered completed information regarding the apartment and Vienna.
We stayed in the Apartment Sissi, it was very comfortable and offered anything you would need.
Close and walkable to restaurants, groceries, museums, and historic sights.
It was a great four night stay.

Everything was perfect and just the same as shown in the pictures. Jakob was very helpful giving us all the tips and the check-in was smooth. Will definitely book again if we return to the city!

We spent a week in Vienna to see the sights and the Christmas markets. This apartment was fabulous! It had every amenity that we could want — full kitchen with tea and coffee, washer and dryer, great shower, and large beds. It’s clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, quiet, and so close to the Volkstheater underground station — very convenient! An added bonus was the Spittelberg Christmas market around the corner. The proprietors were kind and always accessible for anything we needed, and provided a huge binder for recommended sights and restaurants, as well as instructions for all of the appliances. We’ve been to Vienna before, but this is the first time we stayed at 7th Heaven. I would absolutely stay here again.

Just like the other contributors here, you will not be disappointed with your stay. Clemens is a gem and is very helpful and hospitable. Everything you need is on your door step. I really couldn’t recommend it enough. The kitchenette is well equipped and the fridge is a very good size. There is a smart tv with access to viewing apps - not that you’ll be watching much tv but useful if you have younger kids for some down time. Wardrobe and drawer space was sufficient for us and the bed was very comfortable - even the sofa bed too. The only thing to keep handy might be a air freshener for the lavatory - it’s a tight space and not well ventilated so it can get a bit whiffy in there. All in all though, this was the best place we could have possibly stayed during our time in Vienna. Can’t recommend enough.
