The staff was friendly, but the facilities were disappointing. There was a lot of unidentifiable hair in the bathroom wastebasket. It was also disappointing that there was almost no soundproofing.

A nice hotel about 10 minutes' walk from the bus station. We spent 2 nights in one of the superior double rooms, which was quiet, spacious, clean and very nicely decorated., old tow view. The instructions for late check-in were also very clear. Finally, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was fantastic.

I have used Hotel Rinno several times when in Vilnius and I was always pleased with friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness, quietness, and tasteful a-la-carte breakfast. Only negative remark is that during my last stay (one night) I realized that I had been given a room where the floor (with carpet) had clearly not been cleaned.

Lovely breakfast, I stayed for 2 weeks in March and could order every morning pancakes with apples, felt like home! ＜3 It was very cold outside, but the room was very well heated, I felt quite comfortable even for a long stay many take airbnb, but I was not at all disappointed :)

Best value for money! We stayed in room 7. Spacious enough, very cosy and quiet room. Welcoming staff - thank you for both Agne :) City center is in a walking distance. Tasty breakfast, reliable wi-fi connection.

The hotel is a short walk from the old town. The street it is on is quiet and I felt safe walking there, even at night. After 8pm there are no staff on site but there is a keypad with code for security at the door. The reception staff were very efficient and friendly. Rooms are bit dated but extremely clean and had everything I needed, including a fridge and hairdryer in the room. For the price it is extremely good value. Unfortunately I didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel but it smelt very good and was included in the room rate. I would definitely stay here again as it was a good budget friendly option.

The hotel is close to the old town, small hotel, excellent staff ratio, Darius at reception simply angel, large room, excellent value for good prices, room was clean , breakfasts are satisfying.At night independent entrance to the hotel using a code, and the keys are waiting for you on a special board
