Room was clean and nice. Comfortable stay and the location was great, just opposite the Tasch station.

Nice gym and sauna facilities. Yet, the counter always has not personnel ready. Location is outside Zermatt.

The customer service was very good and let us check in early. There are coop and other shops near the hotel, and it is also convenient to go to Zermatt. It is cost-effective👍

I love it here so much! Although the hotel room is small, it is clean and hygienic! Snowboards and snowshoes can be stored in a dedicated storage room on the first floor, and the snowshoes are even brought to dry! The clerk's service is very good! There is a big supermarket next to it. Fast food restaurants and restaurants are all available, 100 meters from the train station! I think the price/performance ratio is excellent! ! You don’t have to live in Zermatt!
