Very good position if you need a place before or after a flight from Malpensa Airport.

Very close to the airport. Nice location and transfer service. Breakfast was also good! Definitely recommend!

The location is perfect for using the airport. Shuttle services are also inexpensive. (2.5 euros per person) It was a nice hotel with a classic luxury appearance rather than a modern building. There were no problems.

We arrived at 3am due to flight delays (4 hours) but the hotel were very helpful and made us welcome, regardless of the time. Excellent room, friendly and attentive staff, great breakfast and a picturesque building.

Room was small, same as the bed. Shower box has a seal to be fixed.

The hotel is clean and conveniently located. The taxi service is efficient. It's a shame that the reception is a bit cold and there's a lack of practical information about the hotel's surroundings.

It is a very suitable transition for going to Malpensa Airport to catch an early flight the next morning. You can make an appointment with the hotel in advance and they will drive you to the airport, which is a few minutes' drive away.

Since my flight the next day was in the morning, I chose this hotel, which is an interesting and good value for money former aristocrat's mansion near the airport. There is nothing within walking distance of the hotel, so depending on the time, it may be better to check in after eating or shopping at the airport. Some reviews say that the hotel's food is expensive, but it is not surprising considering the price range of slightly expensive restaurants in town. In addition, this hotel has not only a restaurant but also a bar, and you can have dinner at a reasonable price such as pizza €7 and lasagna €13 (as of January 2025), so you will not have trouble finding food even if you check in early. The breakfast was a morning meal provided by a certain level of hotel, and was delicious and very satisfying. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with all the amenities. There is a minibar, sweets, thong tea and instant coffee in the room, but if you are the type who consumes a lot of water and snacks, it is better to buy them in advance. The shuttle is outside Gate 10 at the north end of the arrival floor. I was able to get on the shuttle bus that was waiting there at the right time without contacting the hotel for pickup. There was a couple in my car, so I don't know if they picked me up or if it was a regular car. The shuttle car is navy blue and has the hotel name on it, so you can tell it's there. The staff is generally very high quality, and overall it's a very good value hotel. I was able to spend my last day in Italy in a good mood.

I asked for a non-smoking room, but I could smell cigarettes as soon as I entered. The location is easily accessible, about 2 minutes by car from Terminal 1 of the airport. Perhaps because of the grade of the room I booked, I couldn't find a kettle. Bath amenities include shower gel, body cream, and soap. These scents were good.

The attitude towards Asians is indifferent and weak, and there is no patience. The Chinese do not recommend living in the hotel. The people in each link of the hotel were very bad. They did not account for the accounts after they charged. They repeatedly asked the Asians and asked us to provide a payment voucher. After seeing my voucher, I did not express any apology.
