It started with check-in. She wanted to make a copy of our passport. After we refused, she simply copied the necessary information. Then to our room. It didn't look like it had been cleaned there, the bathroom was covered in user stains. It didn't smell fresh in the room and the covers were fraying. After all this, we took a dip in the sea from the hotel beach (towels that we had to get there were nowhere to be seen). Back in the room, freshened up and went to the restaurant on the top floor. We ordered 2 beers there, which were quickly presented in front of us without a glass (they must have thought it was already in a glass). Then ordered 2x pasta with crab and 2x the beef steak. We wanted this medium fried. This was not possible, because it was all baked as standard. A short time later, 2 large plates of pasta pesto appeared in front of us, and before we could ask a question, the (not talkative) waiter had already left. After a few minutes we contacted them and it turned out to be incorrect. The plates were taken away again and 5 (!) minutes later the main course arrived. This was the beef steak, a flat piece of thoroughly cooked beef with cold fries next to it + a container with 6 bare slices of bread. We ate this (except for the sandwiches). Before it was even picked up, our original starter, the pasta with crab, suddenly arrived. This tasted great. All in all a fairly disappointing hotel, it pretends to be a luxury store, but we don't really know what it means.
