This is Pretty decent hotel

Average clean

Been here on multiple occasions, there are plenty of reasons to choose this hotel if you don't want to overpay and still get a decent stay, rooms are basically what you would expect. And they are clean. Getting the room you would like is sometimes an issue if it's not the off season.

I've always loved this hotel. It's one of my favorites. Love the staff also

Its clean, but dated. Beds are old. For the price and if only staying a night or two its not bad. However if the power goes out they dont have a generator so its pitch black.

This was an average stay. The desk was broken and they tried to make it look like it wasn’t. Our TV stopped working half way through the night. The breakfast was very limited.

Liked about everything with the one exception that there was no hot breakfast. no eggs, meat or potaroes.

Staff not friendly at all seemed bothered with guests. The pool never had any towels and there were always minors unattended for hours that the staff did nothing about. The kids were playing with the life saving board and ring and destroying pool noodles. The TV never worked as they have direct tv and the doesn’t work in snow in Michigan. The room keys stopped working daily and I would need to continue to get new keys made (yes I kept away from my cell phone). They need to upgrade where your phone can be used as a key. Vending machine was broke on my floor. House keeping came and “cleaned” didn’t leave any toilet paper, towels, or bath amenities which should be checked. I left for half a day and came back to find the hotel staff had shut off my keys and given my room to another guest even tho I had 2 more nights booked and paid for??!? Then she “kicked “ the lady out of my room and told me I could have it but it wasn’t cleaned after a stranger was in my room and then she told me I needed to use the same key this stranger had because she couldn’t get me another made? Highly sketch I think it was the lady’s friend she was trying to give a free room to thinking I checked out early. Never going back and contacting corporate as this was the worst hotel experience I ever had.

They were very helpful with my stay. They accommodated me in wvery way possible. Thank u

I forgot a small necklace that I called and they found, they wouldn’t mail it to me so I had to travel all the way back to the hotel and then home again. It also smelled smokey.

I chose this hotel because they have breakfast in the morning, but there was no breakfast at all other than coffee and juice

I am poor. They ran card twice. Raised anxiety level. Caused some sleep loss discomfort but otherwise it was ok. They fix on day four
