"I have not received my deposit back yet. I’ve wasted a lot of time making multiple phone calls, only to be left on hold for long periods with no callback. When I personally went to the front desk, they told me they couldn’t even find any record of my deposit. This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Very disappointed and will not recommend this place to anyone."
