There was mold in the ice bucket in our room and mold in the shower. The tiles in the bathroom did not have calk so when stepped on them, tiles moved which was unsafe in using toilet and shower. When told front desk, said the response was the property would be renovating soon - not addressing the situation.

At check-in we received the room furthest away from the elevators on the top floor and then, we discovered that the TV did not work. So, we had to move to the room next door. Also, these rooms had curtains which would not close to prevent the parking lot light which was at the same height as these rooms from shining into the room. I suspected, we received these rooms because the ******* discount was significant. However, the room was clean; the staff friendly; and breakfast was excellent.

I requested first floor because of my injured leg The hotel wasn’t busy but I still didn’t get first floor. Tv didn’t work elevator didn’t work through out our stay and I had to go up and down the fire stairs all day. It’s awful!
$100 deposit had to pay and ******* didn’t mention anything about it! Breakfast too short and everything was gone quickly. Pool indoor but extremely cold. Will not go back there
