Service was quick and pleasant. Likes in the room could have been brighter. Room was good and clean.

The electrical had issues, plugs, lighting. Room smelled like smoke but was supposed to be non-smoking. Room was clean. Grounds were well groomed.

My favorite was the amazing sheets. I didn’t like their shampoo or lotion. The keys were very frustrating because as a female having to keep it away from my phone wasn’t easy.

We were really impressed with how spacious and clean the room was. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The breakfast was nothing to write home about but was adequate and what we expected (normal hard boiled eggs, waffle machine, bagels to toast, etc.) We will definitely be back and stay here again.

I’ve stayed at this hotel for years when I visit my grandmother. It has always been a great stay. Super convenient location with shopping and dining within walking distance, clean rooms, easy parking.

Great place to stay, close to shopping areas, Easy access from and to the freeway. Breakfast was good, enjoyed being able to get a regular cup for my juice instead of having a coffee cup for it. Pool looked nice but was closed during our stay.

I was very disappointed, I plan my stays around being able to sit in the hot tubs at night and the hotel didn’t lets us know theirs was out of service
