I made reservations at the wrong location and wanted to switch to a different location but your place could not accommodate my request.

Nice hotel

This was an ok place.  Very nice staff.  But the room was iffy.  The toilet was about 24inches high…..too low for seniors.  Beds were pretty nice.  The TV was the worst ever….virtually no channels at all.  No sports, no networks, no nothing.  I would not choose this again just on the TV.

Me and my partner had a great pleasant time at the courtyard.

First there was no WIFI in my room so I had NO access to the tv , THEN what’s really disgusting and disappointing is that when I woke up I saw BLOOD SPLATTERS ALL OVER THE BLANKETS THAT ME, MY BOYFRIEND AND MY 4 year old had to lay on and I’m so upset because I didn’t notice this sooner. Truly disgusting and unsanitary that we had to lay in someone else’s nastily bodyily fluids. And I bet you I couldn’t have gotten a refund for a 136$ ONE NIGHT STAY. truly disappointing

Room was fairly clean but the hotel is old and a bit run down.  The location of the hotel , downtown of Waterbury , is not great.  We heard gun shots during the night , and did not feel safe walking around outside.  Was told to park our car in the a specific parking lot that "had surveillance."  All in all - an old hotel in a rough neighborhood.  Will not be coming back

Was a good stay.

The hotel room faced the highway and was extremely noisy; at night it felt like sleeping on a construction site… I couldn't sleep at all! I contacted the front desk in the morning, and they said they'd change my room after cleaning at noon, but since I was going out, I said I'd be back around 4 or 5 pm. They readily agreed. However, when I returned, the staff had changed shifts and said there were no rooms available and they couldn't resolve the issue. The experience was terrible; I'm blacklisting this hotel and will never stay here again!

It's too noisy along the street, the soundproofing is poor, and there are quite a few cars making a lot of noise at night. Otherwise, it's okay.

There aren't many hotels to choose from here, and the hotels themselves are a bit old, but there aren't any major problems; they're fine for a short stay.

The room was clean and well-equipped. However, the deposit was not refunded immediately.

Except for the location and price, everything else is very average
