Brand new facilities, the spa is amazing and one of the best I’ve been to. Also the breakfast, although a bit pricey for a buffet, it was worth it, it was the best buffet breakfast I’ve ever had-fresh ingredients and beautifully displayed. Decor and furnishings throughout were funky, unique and comfortable. My only two comments are that the music/DJ from the bar can be heard up in your room until about 12.30/1am which is fine for most people who are there to party, but if you need an early night with quiet then maybe this isn’t for you. Second comment is that this is listed as adults only on booking but there were definitely a few children (not many, only a few).

The reakfast food is disappointed. Breakfast service is unsatisfactory. The rooms are poor soundproofing. Rooms are "chic" that's it. The personal at the reception is very nice and kinD.

Don’t be fooled by all the design, hospitality worse than in any hotel I’ve been to. Every interaction with the staff was rude and the attitude dismissive. Even though the spaces are absolutely beautiful and the rooms furnished with local design pieces and a good mattress, the impression the hospitality leaves could not be worse. They obviously try to economize on staff and employ unexperienced young staff who perhaps know how to handle the Mix version of customer interaction( through a WhatsApp group)but have zero actual people skills. This is based on an experience of two stays of 3/4 days each. Came here for the building and was very disappointed with the hotel.

Stayed here a few times with work now and I absolutely love it. The setting in the woods, the enormous rooms, the great bar and breakfast.. above all though, the quality of the health club is amazing.. I love the pools, the steam rooms and sauna.. I always make sure I make time to visit... Location for visiting Brussels is not great, but our offices are in the building so it's just perfect

I give Mix a 5/5 rating without hesitation. The experience was absolutely fantastic. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The place itself is simply stunning, with careful attention to detail in the decoration and layout. The pool and sauna were impeccable and offered total relaxation after a busy day. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of choices to satisfy all tastes, and the gym was well-equipped for a complete workout. I highly recommend Mix to anyone looking for an exceptional experience in Brussels.

I must admit that the overall price/quality needs still improving, especially for what the hotel service wants to aim for. We could not help but read the feedback on several pages about the elevator problem, and this appears to be a re-occurring issue that was still not fixed in November. At some stage, there was even a fire sign so that no elevator worked. My wife and I had to wait almost 10 min for an elevator to arrive at the day of our arrival. Several couples had waited with us together until we requested at the reception for an alternative to get to our hotel rooms. They led us to the emergency staircase. Please avoid the Spa facilities during weekend, if you can. The Hammam or Sauna areas were simply overcrowded, and you will also have to wait.
