已經住了好幾次了，實在是太好了，服務特別好，拿的東西多店家還給快遞，走了沒開發票給開好了給快遞，簡直是不要太好，帶小孩子還給送了糖果，這次來的人多孩子也多，男孩女孩都有，太貼心了

從入住到早餐都不是很順心，感覺員工像是臨時招的，什麼都不清楚，體驗不是很好。
1.酒店位置：搜酒店名字搜不到，打電話前台説他們不是柏悦酒店，是華夏酒店，後面又説他們是一家；
2.停車場很黑幾乎沒燈，最後選擇停在酒店外面；
3.房間整體衞生還行，但衞生間裏的垃圾沒丟，我是晚上九點辦理的入住；
4.房間門鎖是壞的，最後叫人來修的；衞生間的門根本關不上；

相當好，酒店位置非常好，一下高鐵很快就到了，門口就是景區，環境很好。房間裏面設施也很好，布草很舒服，床墊也很棒。下面有幾個小店，吃早餐也不錯，挺方便，關鍵價格美麗，性價比相當高，以後來威海的首選

酒店房間很大，床品很舒適，衞生間夠大，乾濕分離，是我喜歡的明亮度，單獨的梳粧台很nice，酒店服務是很棒的，細緻周到，很麻利，服務意識都非常強，住的很開心，推薦！

沒有任何服務，基本屬於入住就不管了。
房間潮味超級大，和前台反應了兩次説有人來看看，結果也沒來人。我和朋友兩個人一直咳嗽咳得噁心。

服務態度好，入住後前台服務員親自指引了房間，介紹得明明白白； 外部環境坐落在景區門口；早上起床空氣好好，每呼吸一口都是香甜的。卧室曬進暖暖陽光，像家裡一樣，賊有安全感！ 內部設施不錯，是吸頂花灑！！！地下停車場明亮乾淨免費，享受安靜，又不失方便。 還會回頭再來！
