環境非常好，負責的小哥哥非常認真，入住前提前會把密碼和注意事項發到手機上，房間的細節做的也很到位，二張大床還有一張梳化床在大廳裏，衞生間的細節做的也很到位，熱水也供應的很充足，也有燃氣，舒服的做了一頓好吃的，下次還會繼續推薦

第二次預訂這家民宿，主要是衞生很乾凈;然後是安靜，現在大部分酒店是隔板牆隔音效果不咋滴，民宿公寓不會出現這種情況都是實牆，所以更偏好於住民宿公寓;地理位置位於中心去哪裡都很方便;房間很新配置了大窗户整體明亮，能看出房子都有被精心裝修設計及維護;老闆非常熱情，有疑問隨時幫忙解決。

位置方便好找，樓下不遠就有吃飯的地方。
正好淡季升級了房間，無敵海景非常治癒！
房間配套有洗衣機冰箱空調，冷暖可調，淡季出遊性價比特別高！
老闆也非常熱情，幫忙送行李進房間，還耐心解答了周邊旅遊的情況。

這個房間不在恆帝，在觀瀾！！！
因為我是一個人住，所以衹用了一個房間和衞生間，如果是全家出行，這個價格真的超級超級划算，門口出去就是海和貓頭山！
房間很乾凈而且很舒服温暖的空調，沒有因為在海邊就濕濕的！
客服小哥的服務也非常好！有問題就會第一時間聯繫解決！

這月連續威海出差，第一次選擇全季酒店，發現又小煙味又大。所以嘗試換到浮雲澗這邊，發現房型不僅大而且乾淨整潔，用品也提供了一次性的，這點就比很多連鎖酒店要貼心。風景這塊尤其是推開門，拉開窗就是海景，真的非常驚喜。每天早上起床看見大海心情舒暢。連住一週，第二次出差來也繼續選擇浮雲澗，真的沒讓人失望，每天醒來就是大海，而且服務態度也超級好，很迅速也很貼心，缺啥東西一個電話就能滿足，剛落地能提前入住在房型不緊張的情況下也能延遲退房。選擇浮雲澗不後悔，後續來威海出差或者旅遊，肯定首選浮雲澗，很有家的感覺。

民宿地理位置出門就是大海，房間佈置的很藝術，賞心悦目，超寬窗户外是海景，讓人心情很愉悦，飲用水是凈水器加熱即開即用很方便，也有簡單的廚房鍋具可以根據自己情況操作，滿足了出行的所有需要，就是這次行程比較緊，希望下次慢旅行可以多住幾天。

首先這個季節價格真的很便宜，不過百，自己出來玩完全夠住，房間面積也很大，該有的設施都有，房間衞生也乾淨整潔，可以説一看上去就是舒服的，位置也方便，離威海站就兩公里，過條馬路就是海邊，周圍的景點離得都不遠，打車去就十幾塊錢，店家老闆人也很好，啥問題響應的都很及時，總之自己出來玩或者短暫停留之類的還是非常推薦的，經濟首選

這是一次如家一般的入住，房間佈置得温馨合理，最重要的是房間床品潔凈，而且是海景房，我們在房間就看到了美麗的威海公園和悦海公園，還看見了冉冉升起的太陽，朝霞滿天。
