The picture of the room is comfortable. It is just right for six large and one small living room with three bedrooms and two halls. You can walk to the seaside in the community, and there is a supermarket in the community. It is also very convenient to eat nearby. Recommend recommended!

The environment is superior and the transportation is convenient. The landlord responded in a timely manner. The sea is outside the window. The first thing the child wakes up every day is to point to the window to see the sea.

The community is very large and quiet. The rooms are very clean and consistent with the photos. The toilets are very comfortable and the living room and master bedroom can see the endless sea. It is not far from Yuehai Park, Xingfu Park and Liugong Island. There is a night market a few hundred meters away from the door, where you can find seafood, vegetables, and fruits, and the price is not expensive. You can buy it yourself and make it clean, hygienic and affordable. If you need it, you can find the landlord in seconds. It is highly recommended.

缺點：裝修比較普通，洗澡水不是很熱。 優點：地理位置好，去劉公島貓頭山很方便；房間視野好，陽台能看海；小區門口有租車行（來威海強烈建議租電動車，不堵車還能兜風）；衞生打掃的很乾凈，床墊睡起來非常舒服；老闆很熱情，消息都是秒回，還做了非常詳細的入住指引和威海遊玩攻略，很有用。

小區環境非常好，樓下就是海岸線，可以遛彎很方便，進去房間第一印象就非常好，第一眼就是面朝大海，房間也很乾凈清香，設施都很好用。很適合帶孩子住。地方寬敞孩子玩的開，還能看日出，太方便了。就是臨走前一天晚上發現廚房有三衹打不死的小動物，這一點感覺不太好，希望房東快處理一下。
