Due to heavy snowfall in Shandong Province in December, outdoor hot springs and indoor swimming pools were still unavailable, but we were able to enjoy hot springs in a medium-sized bathtub in the hotel room, so we enjoyed a satisfying hot spring family trip. The restaurant is definitely bigger than Tang Po and Thien Mu Hot Springs, and the breakfast was relatively good, but compared to when it opened before, it seems like 50% of the food was provided, so it's a bit disappointing. However, I am currently searching for a discounted price and Wendong Hot Springs is a famous hot spring area in Shandong Province, so I am willing to visit again if I can use the facilities 100% again.

The service is very warm. Contacted me in advance to have the room ready and stepped up cleaning. The facilities are well designed. But as a new hotel, the rooms and pools score very high, and are a bit Japanese-style. The design of the cloakroom and small study room is a plus. But the bathroom facilities are a bit shabby. Compared with the bedroom, it looks like a hotel of two levels. Especially the toilet, which is a product of several generations ago. It is cold and cold. It has only been opened for a short time. There are already stains that cannot be wiped off. People with mysophobia will be very uncomfortable. The sofa also has stains that cannot be wiped off. Breakfast is very simple, with few varieties, and the end time is too early at 9:30. It's enough food, but I didn't expect much. The air conditioning in the restaurant is not strong enough. Overall, most of them are satisfied. The cleaning and maintenance awareness needs to be in line with international standards. In the end, I was very satisfied with the private bath. It was very comfortable to soak in it in the morning and evening.

To be honest, I haven't stayed in such a comfortable hotel for a long time. First of all, the hardware facilities are good, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the overall design of the hotel is very unique. In addition, the humanistic service is very considerate, the hotel staff are proactive, solve any questions at any time, and are considerate and enthusiastic. The most noteworthy thing is that the restaurant has excellent Japanese set meals. The taste is the same as that of Dalian Japanese food restaurants, and the price is affordable. The curry chicken rice we ordered is 26 yuan, the fried pork cutlet set meal is 22 yuan, and the teriyaki chicken set meal is 26 yuan. . The butler-style service allows us to communicate with the hotel at any time. The service staff are warm and attentive from beginning to end, making us feel at home. The only drawback this time is that the business room we booked does not include a private bath. Next time we will definitely experience a deluxe private bath room. In short, I am very satisfied with my stay this time! Highly recommended!

The hotel has new and complete facilities. It is far away from the busy city and located in the hot spring village of Wendeng District. It also has supporting golf courses and courtyard villas, which is especially suitable for health and wellness vacations. Although it is not a parent-child theme hotel, I have experienced attentive service that is better than that of a parent-child hotel. Especially Jiang Lidan at the front desk specially prepared various supplies for the children, as well as welcome fruits and small gifts. In the evening, there is also warm snow pear, red dates and white fungus soup. Xiaobao needed to take a nap, and even when the room was full during the peak season, they coordinated an extension of stay so that the child could wake up and take a nap before checking out, which made our trip more leisurely. We are really grateful. 🌹 The standard twin room has a lot of space, and soaking in the pool is simply not fun! The only regret is that the children's water area is still under maintenance and is not open. This time, I was in a hurry and passed by in a hurry. Next time I come to Weihai, I will choose to stay here and experience the golf next to it!
