I went to see a friend who had booked this hotel. It was quite large. The location, environment and decoration were all good. The only drawback was that the wardrobe smelled bad when opened. I could get rid of the smell.

Weinan Jianguo Hotel is really nice. If I hadn't been away on business, I would have wanted to stay here for a few more days. The room is decorated in a grand style, with mahogany classical furniture, complete facilities, clean and tidy, and has a superior location. It is very close to the high-speed rail station and Wuyue Plaza, and it is very convenient for eating and shopping. The service attitude is excellent, and welcome fruits are sent in the evening. The service can be said to be super good, whether it is the girls at the front desk, the brothers at the door, or even the sanitation cleaners, they are all equally good, very worthy of praise, and even more worthy of recommendation.

The next day, when I felt that the floor was too low and I changed the room, I asked the front desk again. There were two receptionists next to me at the time, and they said they didn't know and didn't know. I told them very confidently that Room 03 was what I said, but they still said they didn't know. When I went out today, I saw the room next door being cleaned, which was the room type I wanted before. It happened that the front desk was picking up luggage together in the corridor, so I asked her, and the waiter said that there was indeed such a room type. Every service staff has professional enthusiasm, but after this incident, there is always a sense of insincerity behind this enthusiasm. What's important is not what type of room I want. Even if you tell me they're sold out, that's fine. But to answer with "I don't know" is not only unprofessional, but also feels deceptive to those of us who live here regularly.
