房間很大，乾淨衞生，而且設施非常智能，價格還很實惠。前台小姐姐也很熱情。旁邊就是萬達廣場，買東西吃東西都很方便。

退房走的急，把房卡忘還了，打電話告知前台，前台説你走你的，回頭拿房卡來退按金。然後不知情情況下，直接扣了50塊錢房卡，其他按金退回來了。今天計劃入住，本想拿房卡去退錢，然後辦理入住，前台告知查不到結果，讓我給她們經理打電話。我説你在前台這是你的職責，前台告訴我哪你等一會兒，我這會兒忙着。我直接火大了，告訴她你既然站在前台這就是你的工作，你給你們領導打，電話打通了，所謂的經理告訴我，這個我得查，我問得多久，告訴我這個不好説，你先等會兒。我等了半個小時，沒影兒了，五十塊錢，被坑了沒啥，衹不過這麼垃圾的服務；老闆知道嗎？還是接電話的就是老闆？我很服氣。

環境不錯，各方面都挺好的，早餐不多，但是完全夠吃，幾個小菜，饅頭雞蛋粥，吃的很舒服。價格稍微不夠親民，還有就是每次開關門都會自動開窗開燈不太好。

很不錯的酒店，自從住了一次後一直住這裏了。酒店樓層很高，周邊吃飯很方便，出去辦事也方便。提兩個小意見：小米智能音箱歡迎詞後音樂播放有點多餘；洗漱間裏沒有掛洗漱包和毛巾的設施

房間設施陳舊，浴巾破損，並且有一條浴巾有使用痕跡，整個樓層有煙味，六部電梯臟亂垃圾滿地

酒店是在萬達廣場的商務樓裏，直接把車停在萬達地庫，會有酒店指示牌，早上給前台報車牌號就行。房間很大，很乾凈，設施很新，還有智能音箱，甚至還有智能魔方，這還是頭一回見到，很贊

服務差，服務差，差到極點！！！停車不好停，不好停到極點！！！圍着萬達找好幾圈，停車場上樓不好找，上樓電梯還是拉垃圾桶電梯。房間異味大，臟亂差。我早知道我住車裡，我也不去花這個錢，不推薦入住！不推薦入住！

酒店是租的廣場公寓，共用廣場大廈物業，使用廣場地下停車場，使用非常不方便，電梯間衞生臟，走廊刺鼻煙味，酒店房間數量少，規模小，房間提供的物品達不到整潔乾淨的標準
