Where to begin Firstly the caravan park is work in progress ,cold water from taps in toilet/ shower block . The showers temp was OK but not hot ,the shower head was showering all the cubicle and not yourself ,you had to dance around the cubicle to get wet that was easy to do with the music that plays very loudly in the toilet block. Ladies cubicle doors got wet which in turn wet your dry clothes and towel which was on the back of the door . No washing up facility so had to do it in cold water in toilet block sink . The pub which is situated on top of the caravan park has karaoke on and plays till 12pm then people leave by 1am. Which is a bit unfair on paying caravan customers. It's says it is adult only site ,children play in car park might as well be at the side of your caravan also children in the static caravans so a little misleading . The site is no way relaxing with manager driving backwards and forwards in his diesel gator 4x4 small tractor type vehicle constantly .2nd morning woken by bin lorry 7.30am On our 3rd morning we were awoken at 7am by someone collecting an empty ivor Williams plant trailer which rattled the caravan due to the ground being very uneven and looking like a building site in areas . The caravan area looks like it has been made in the pub carpark as it is very close to the pub approx 20mtrs .he changed gate and told no one . Was booked for 4 nights but stayed 3 nights which was 2 nights too many . The description of the site on their website is very vague and now I understand why ,had I had known this before before hand I would not have stayed and will not be returning very disappointed.

So we booked in for the Easter weekend 2 nights £230 pounds so the good points was that the staff was friendly and we did have some food there and that was good we had a family room the double bed was broken so my partner went and spoke to Emma and she said give me 10 mins and we will replace the bed which she did and gave us complementary drinks thank you for that but that bed was really uncomfortable and the bedding smelt musty so did the pillows and the towels the single bed moved every time you touched it my little one kept saying it smells funny .the bathroom had toiletries left in the shower from previous guests the shower was dirty and very small I could hardly get in it the water from the shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold there was also wet wipes left in a draw from previous guests and when I went to open the bottom draw it completely came off these are very low budget rooms and to be honest you need new beds and bedding and pillows which was like laying on concrete I never slept for the two nights we was there and was very happy to be leaving very over priced the whole of that room needs deep cleaning the carpet was very badly stained there’s no curtains and when you looked out of your window there was at least 25 gas bottles to look at and it looked absolutely filthy so sorry to say but would definitely not return

Avoid like the plague! Wasn’t gonna write this but it’s took me months and decided that I will never come here again the fatter lady out of the two was just vile she needs to take some lessons in manners I can’t believe they have a business with the way they speak to people and the food was pretty poor rooms full of dust and a weird smell in the rooms never again.

The two women, whom I assume were the owners, seemed to have a less than polished appearance. Their behavior and looks suggested a connection to a council estate. I mentioned to my partner that I found them common and wished she had booked elsewhere. This impression was reinforced upon entering the room—a rather worn-out space resembling the typical ambiance of a pub B&B. The room appeared a bit shabby, with around 20 hairs on the bed. Additionally, they offered only one type of sausage. While I understand it's a budget B&B, I had higher expectations for the quality. They also stunk of cigarette smoke. Would I stay here again? It’s a big fat no from me!!!

Sunday lunch was very nice. Dog friendly, but could do with a better /bigger seating area. Nice and clean. Good helpings. Plenty of sauces available. Pretty good prices. Friendly staff. Toilets were clean. Local people very pleasant in the pub.

Not a pleasant stay at all. Never again. Would rather stay in a youth hostel than there again.Rude hosts. Hairs in the bed. Grim on the taps in the bathroom. Breakfast lukewarm bacon over cooked, sausages under cooked
