The Pennsylvania Grand Canyon is located 12 west of our location. The hotel offers a beautiful view of Mansfield University and the surrounding mountains. We offer both standard rooms and suites. The entire hotel is non-smoking. Handicap accessible room supposedly. Nothing accessible about the room. Toilet almost to the ground with no grab bars. Regular tub shower. I had a walker. No room if you have a wheelchair. No outlets. Small room. Carpet looked dirty. Very uncomfortable stay.

I have been coming here since 2020 and there is always a sign saying sorry the pool and hot tub is out of order. Then close it and take it off the websites. STOP LYING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.
also some rooms say we have a bathtub....but you dont get one. only showers :(

I booked a suite style room at an higher rate and there was nothing besides a weird desk taking up the extra space. None of the outlets worked. Half of the light switches worked. Would not book a suite again, not worth the money

Very displeased the pool and hot tub were closed. I had asked if it was open before booking and was told yes but i did not call directly to the hotel. Our son that lives in the area told us it has been closed for quite sometime. Disappointed.

Hotel was very clean and all the staff was very friendly. We only spent one night but would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Lovely hotel and room . Relaxed in the jacuzzi with my daughter . And had a very nice breakfast in the morning . Staff was very friendly and everything was wonderful. Took advantage of the complimentary tea and hot chocolate (and coffee) available 24 hr daily . Would definitely stay again when we go to visit my son and his family . Thank you .
