The hotel is new and the rooms clean and comfortable but the service need improvement. The staff initially told me I can’t check in because the system for foreigner passports is not working and finally had to be my local friend to checkin our room. After all the staff told us the wrong directions to the room sending us to the wrong building. There are no shops or restaurants open nearby at the time of our visit.

乾淨整潔，燈光温暖，陽台房可以看到老樓街道里麪，南洋風格濃郁，地磚也是拼色那種敲喜歡～💕
前台妹妹特別温柔可愛，和我們講12月15日由火箭發射，可惜看不到了嗚嗚🥹
早餐沒有五星品種那麼全，有個聯名的拉麪，我們是酒店早餐腦袋，比較喜歡吃酒店早餐哈哈哈對早餐有點執念
有停車場，停車方便，洗衣服5塊一筒很划算啦
離淇水灣很近，晚上也可以去感受下晚上的大海🌊，有一個問題是房間有點沒有幹透的乳膠漆味，我屬於對氣味比較敏感的人羣，可能是房間剛修完不久太新的原因。

周邊沒有任何配套設施，進出酒店提個行李需要走很多路，而且到處都是坑坑窪窪的，房間分散在一個商業廣場的不同樓棟，接待人員自己都搞不清楚。房間裝修味道很重，周邊都是在建項目，管理人員一直強調酒店經過專業甲醛檢測，為何房間味道還是那麼重呢？為何還要一直開窗透氣呢？

距離淇水灣非常近，步行五分鐘左右，景色宜人，設施很新，環境非常清凈優雅，服務周到，早餐也不錯比較豐富。親自房是複式結構，兩張大床，兩間獨立乾濕分離衞生間，兩個獨立陽台，非常方便。

非常好的體驗，之前住過雲居，這次對淇水灣的智選假日情有獨鍾了。酒店的設施很新，早餐的西餐味道很滿意。服務員非常認真負責，及時迴應，很有耐心。每天都會主動詢問我們的需求和住店感受。

首先前台服務非常好，辦事效率高，洲際的會員還送了果盤，酒店內的服務員見到客人也很友好的打招呼，房間也很乾凈而且安靜，房間有個小陽台，空調不吵，打車十分鐘就到附近的鎮上挺方便的，鎮上好吃的不少，qing pu liang 不錯，啊哈哈哈。總之性價比很高

十月份的文昌很明顯已經涼快了，很早就想去銅鼓嶺拍一拍月亮灣，這次有空就來了。首先這家酒店離銅鼓嶺很近，其次新開業，誰不想湊個熱鬧嚐個鮮，哈哈。酒店2號樓南區（講句真心話，酒店的構造真的太複雜了）拍照出奇的驚喜，能看到海的。晚上和朋友小憩喝點酒是真心不錯呀。辦理入住很順利，房間裏設施設備都比較新，早餐也很豐盛。我本身是很容易滿足的人，畢竟不是五星級酒店，主打一個性價比，所以算是很滿意的一次入住，希望能夠一直保持。
