Facility needs upgrades. Exudes shabbiness. Carpets and walkways need cleaning and/or replacement. The room was adequate, at best, but felt dingy

The rooms doors had marks on them looks like from the baggage cart, the doors need to be painted. The carpet is worn and should be replaced, hallway and room, there's a train that goes by all hours of the night.

Did not know that they would charge me to park in their parking lot. Was charged $5.00 to park. UNBELIEVABLE!

My husband loves Monroe. We always have a great time. And this is a great hotel. It's in a prime location there's lots of restaurants around and plenty of shopping.
The bed is comfortable but those pillows are awful.

Real dirty motel ! Carpets are so dirty ! Old no money was invested . For one night stay was okay . Large room with kitchen ( we didn’t need ) .

The front desk refused to clean my room daily during my 3 day stay, dispute the fact that I was only booked for 3 nights. She said I could only get my room cleaned and refreshed every 3rd day. I explained I would only be there 3 days , so she explained I would get no housekeeping services. I do not recommend this hotel. It was pricey for no reason. The service ****** .
