The service was great, I felt really welcome to the places. The guy in the desk help me book the room and get a great prices. My little girl love the swimming pool. The breakfast was great, feel fresh and a clean environment. The only thing feel dirty was the carpet in the room.

Everything about the hotel was great, but the beds, they were to firm and uncomfortable for my taste. Milton who checked us in was very welcoming and the breakfast was more than expected.

This hotel has no elevator, old carpeting and our room upon entry had a very strong cigarette smoke odor. The front desk moved us to a new room with a toilet that was pretty disgusting and visible mold/mildew along the tub grout but we arrived late and that was the only room available other than the room that had the smoke smell! The shower has really low water pressure. Front desk told me to write my issues on the card and place it on the door. Upon arrival back to the hotel for our second night - housekeeping had not cleaned our room or toilet. Disappointing. Breakfast was fine, the beds were comfortable, a/c worked great, but the room felt unclean and overall unsatisfied. I would not recommend!

the pool being closed was not good. small parking lot, hard to get in and out with a larger truck. rooms are clean staff was nice.
