The staff were superb!! The location was excellent… convenient to highway, but nice and quiet. Nice to have the Bistro onsite and the food there was excellent! Breakfast was good. Room was superb and clean and space.
Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!!

Liked the property. Entrance was so open and beautifully decorated. Reception was so welcoming. Food in restaurant was delicious and staff were welcoming.

Main lobby and restaurant look very nice but rooms have been neglected. Sheets had a stain on them, no Kleenex anywhere, toilet seat was a pain and very hard to flush the toilet. Main issue was the hot water. When I told the lady at the front desk there was no hot water she wasn't surprised and said many rooms didn't. Then why doesn't someone check the room you are renting out before letting anyone stay in it? The hotel didn't look full so I'm sure there must have been a room with hot water for us. Not an impressive visit for a Holiday Inn.

The property and staff were very professional. The room was clean and fresh. I would definitely stay there again, but I would not plan to eat there for an evening meal. The pizza was horrid. I could not eat more than the toppings and a bit of the odd tasting cheese. At another stay there I had fried tilapia and fries. This was palatable. The pizza was simply not eatable.

All good. Property needs to pay more attention to detail. 2 ice machines broken. Signage in elevators need repaired. Really like the place. Great location for us when traveling to Massachusetts. Great price and breakfast always good at very reasonable price.
Wife left purse in lobby. They phoned us and sending to our final stop. Super nice. Thank you.

I needed a comfortable place to stay, work, eat, and rest. This hotel met all the requirements. People were friendly and breakfast was excellent. I would stay here again
