Great service, safe location, easy access to amenities in a main street within minutes from highway. Lovely breakfast and good upkeep overall. Mini improvement suggestions, thermostat was constantly turning back to auto with no air flow even though we set to manual at lo fan multiple times. Also, the multi setting showerhead can do a little descaling as the water pressure is weak.

Our family of 5 (plus a pet) enjoyed our stay here. All of the staff we interacted with provided excellent customer service and it was very much appreciated after a long trip. The room and property were clean, breakfast was better than the average hotel breakfast, fitness room clean with good equipment.
It is also located in a nice, walkable location for many restaurants. The only real negative was the beds were extremely hard and uncomfy.

This hotel was nice, room was clean. View on 2nd floor was obstructed by building exterior so basically no view. Pool and hot tub were nice but busy.

I didn’t get a minute of sleep due to kids running and screaming through the halls all night long. Someone had a birthday party so the pool and hot tub were unavailable to use. These were the kids running through the halls. The place was clean enough and the staff was friendly but the fact that this was allowed to happen all night was unacceptable.

The pool and hot tub were open until 10pm which was nice and convenient. We came for a relazation night after a series of bad events that happened. Breakfast was hot, cooked nicely, and had a ton of options for the whole family. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We enjoyed that there was hot water and coffee available in the lobby! It was a pleasant surprise. We were only there a night and arrive at 7pm. Thank you for everything. Staff was nice and friendly. There were essentials we forgot to pack such as a brush.
Would definitely stay again.
