Good hotel to stay for a couple of days. Breakfast is decent and in front of a quite good mall. Good restaurants nearby and a cafe Nero too, where good coffee can be bought

Nice for business hotel

We were added last minute to a family trip. Us being a large group, we recieved great service and Breakfast was really good. The whole family enjoyed. The hotel was able to handle family groups as well as single couples. We enjoyed our stay. Will definitely return.

Forgot to add my room had bugs!!! Reason why manager said will reverse charge but nothing has been done.😕

When I first checked in, the front desk gave me the wrong room card. I found out that someone else was already staying in the room when I entered. Fortunately, no one was in the room at that time, otherwise it would be embarrassing. Later, I changed the room, which was generally clean and hygienic. I thought there was a Walmart nearby, but when I got there, I found that there was none. However, there was a dollar tree, which was barely okay. There were free cookies and drinks at the front desk, which was good.

Business hotels are generally OK. . . . . .

Apart from no laundry service, everything else is satisfactory. Good breakfast👍 Supermarket shopping is very convenient👍

The walls are paper thin and the beds are very uncomfortable. I hope the renovations will help both of those things!

There is construction going on, and it is understandable that hey will need to work on it... but at 7 AM in the morning?!?!?! are you kidding me? I was woken up every day by banging and drilling. One of the nights there was banging and drilling outside my window as people were working on the chateu restaurant roof at like 11 at night. Ridiculous. I talked to the front desk and they assured me they would speak to a manager but clearly nothing was done because the next morning the banging and drilling continued. Additionally, the breakfast foods were just okay, but sometimes the meats did not seem fresh. I also found a STRING, yes a piece of strings, thick like a yarn in my scrambled eggs. it was cooked into them. I brought this to the attention of the lady working there and she immediately threw out the eggs and changed it out, but that left me with a sick feeling all day. The bed was also terribly stiff, I woke up with back pain every day. I was here for 5 nights for a work trip and this was my second time here. I don't know if there will be ta third.

Great stay for the price. Great location with many shops and easy on/off the interstate.

We stayed here for a 1 night stay to go shopping at the Burlington Mall and an appointment in Boston. Very convenient off 95 and a quick drive to 93. Close to many conveniences and a 10 minute drive to the Mall. Check in was quick and the front desk was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that the decor was dark and outdated. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good. Would stay again.
