1、真麼大的酒店，沒有一瓶免費的水，對於感冒的我來説確實不想下樓買，然後我就喝了25元的礦泉水。
2、窗簾一直拉不上，如果我不是帶了護眼罩這光線我是受不了的。
3、廁所的水龍頭水力一會很大，一會斷斷續續的。
4、酒店外賣需要自己下樓拿，對生病的人不友好。
5、酒店餐廳份量很足，但是菜單不更新，也沒有及時告知價格。

在五常市也算是很大的酒店了，地理位置很方便。有自己的停車場還送洗浴。出門就是商業街有很多吃飯和購物的地方。

很榮幸住到這個酒店，屋子裡一股發黴，潮濕的味道，洗澡，漱口，水放了很久都是黃泥湯，並且滿地跑水，滿屋飛蚊子，沒有免費的礦泉水，可能知道你要喝水，房間裏很人性化的預備了水，可是看到水的價格，我立即不渴了，這個酒店真不錯，所有的不好都佔全了，有圖有真相，希望大家不要踩坑

全程無服務，房間裏連水都是收費的，沒有免費的水，而且房間裏都是灰塵，後悔入住，體驗感不好，服務特別差，客人到了前台還坐着，還被困在電梯裏

房間老舊，臟，冷，特別吵，毛巾收費20，退房的時候説按金600一會兒就退微信上，我們出來兩個小時也沒收到，給前台打電話告訴我們退房的多， 她們衹能按退房順序給退按金，我問多久能退按金，告訴我不一定我們前面的都沒退，垃圾賓館
