酒店在東湖邊，有一段湖堤是酒店獨有的，早上和晚上安安靜靜地逛逛非常舒服，夏天的時候應該還能看到酒店種的荷花。預訂的高級標間，之前有請攜程幫忙聯繫是否可以升級，回答跟之前湖南賓館一樣，我訂的房間有陽台且朝裏，是比較安靜的，酒店方面不建議換。臨時到了看完房型想換到能看到東湖的房間，跟攜程客服溝通後也幫忙升級了，感謝攜程客服人員，真是認真負責。房間很大，而且非常安靜，每天早晨都是聽着鳥叫聲醒來。早餐非常豐盛，選擇太多了，雖然我還是每天吃米粉，努力試試其他的也都很好吃。酒店離湖北博物館很近，博物館入口在南門，從酒店過去就10分鐘。酒店離東湖的一個景區也很近，出門就是。而且附近餐飲非常多，想吃什麼都可以很方便找到。房間寬敞，挑高很高，衞生間也特別大，就是很大氣的感覺。對比來説沒有直飲水，房間每天提供2瓶礦泉水。這次出遊，無心中在湖南定了省委的賓館，在湖北定了人大的酒店，真是巧合，但是也感受到了這種以會務為主的酒店環境優美，服務真是特別貼心細緻，非常滿意。除了價格略高，其他可以説都是滿分。希望以後還可以再入住翠柳村客舍。

想説離博物館近，看評分也高才選擇住這家的，後面發現不是評分高，是評價的人本來就少😂😂晚上睡覺的時候因為加的一條被子太厚了想説換一條薄被前台説薄被都已經收起來了現在衹有厚的，我説可是我房間的另一條就是薄的，後面説問問客房有的話給我送過來，然後我等了20分鐘，沒有反應再打電話給前台明顯不耐煩了，説客房還沒有給你送過去嗎？我説沒有，她説薄被沒有要麼再給我一條被套問我還需要拿過去嗎，我有點無語，説算了，然後再説到這個奇葩的房間，我第一次看到空調出風口裡面有亮着燈怎麼都關不掉的，我肉眼看是紫色的，拍照是綠色，後面想説爬上去看看到底什麼情況沒想到就這麼一眼，第二天我的眼睛就紅了，又紅又腫又痛，早上問了客房服務的阿姨這到底是個什麼燈，她説她也不知道，後面也就不了了之了，現在和友人説起來他們説有可能是紫外線消毒燈！如果屬實想想就可怕，幸好衹是眼睛充血腫痛後面頭痛渾身乏力，再嚴重點還得了？第二天早餐前一天跟我們説的是10點，結果我媽和崽9點40多過去已經全收攤了，後面跟我們説非節假日就是9.30，不過還好後面協商下給我們送了點早餐過來，不至於餓死，餐廳服務人員還是蠻專業的，這個好評，其他的就……
進出門兩次都被保安質問來幹嘛，第一次遇到酒店保安像審犯人一樣問我和崽崽😂老實説不想做平民生意可以不做的，我也難，你們也難

酒店緊鄰東湖，環境優美，公共區域大，停車方便，早餐豐富、就餐環境好。客房設施齊全、質地優，空間略顯擠。特別之處：提供了小袋洗衣粉，有涼衣架，洗面盆深、水不會濺出。

每次回武漢必住，在東湖裡麪，環境很好，很乾凈，除了早餐比較簡單，其他都不錯。價格還可以的，我喜歡住在自然環境的酒店，如果喜歡特別高檔酒店的，可能會覺得不夠好

去東湖玩，想住湖邊，這裏700多的房價，房間大，乾淨舒適，早餐也不錯，因為圖方便，還在酒店吃了兩頓晚餐，味道很好。酒店位置確實不錯，下樓不遠就是東湖邊，春天的早上湖邊特別美。除了感覺有點貴，其他沒缺點。

武漢，好多年沒來了，這也算是疫情後第一次來到這裏。因為旅行首選要去湖北博物館，就在攜程上搜到了這家酒店，在東湖邊，算是一個別有洞天的地方
環境：優美，就在湖邊，但是獨立空間，即便是園中溜達，聽鳥啼也很有意思。
早餐還算豐富，酒店出去就有不少小館，酒店裡也還行。圖示的菜品就是入住時在酒店吃的午餐。
房屋設施也不錯，畢竟是常年會務接待酒店。
服務：有問必答，還不錯
總之是鬧中取靜的好地方，推薦

酒店環境很好，就在聽濤區，有自己獨立的院落，標準化酒店管理。雙人間面積挺大的，衞生間乾濕分離，還有浴缸，面向內庭院的陽台。早餐豐富，武漢熱乾麪必吃。附近有兩個公交車起點，直達黃鶴樓。步行七八百米還有8號線地鐵站。去東湖綠道騎行也挺方便的。東湖休閑度假首選。
