還行吧，可能是因為住的是特價房所以感覺一般，建議把被子加厚一點，沒有免費的水嗎嗚嗚，加油加油。叔叔服務很好。

考研住房很不推薦，儘管比較便宜，
原因如下：
1.空調製熱很差，冬天考試晚上很冷，強勁風三個小時依然很冷，相信我，你根本想不到制熱會多差。還有空調噪音很大。
2.距離地大還是有點遠，早上要早起半個小時
3.沒有合適寫字的桌子，而且燈還壞了一個
4.窗户漏風，而且路上的車輛的聲音很大
5.總之不推薦，可以看看地大那一條路上的賓館。
