網店訊息中包接送無任何限制，去了一問閣樓特價房間不包接送。臨時讓我加20。這種離機場很遠的住處不包接送完全沒法住，衹能加20。這一點涉嫌虛假宣傳，其餘暫時沒碰到問題，至於環境，就那麼回事了，不需要多指望。以上都為真實記錄，其餘各位自行判斷。

承諾的24小時做不到，有直達公交到機場，公交車運營的時段就沒有接送機，必須自己拖着一大堆行李擠公交或打的。做不到的承諾卻白紙黑字寫着，招人鄙視，不如實話實説。其他方面尚可
