Spacious and tidy room. The authority should pay more attention to hotel management. Front desk guys are efficient but they lack of one thing - SMILE😊 There was a ripping towel hanging in the bathroom 🙄 the hair dryer was too dirty to touch and use🙄🙄. This little things should get more attention to avoid creating bad impression about the hotel. Btw, there is no good restaurant nearby. I took taxi to go to the busy street and have meals.

設施：房間比較寬敞，裝修風格看有些年頭了，維護不太理想，衣架掉漆磨損厲害，浴室推拉標識牌缺失，書桌前的兩口插座鬆動，手機充電器插進去會掉。
服務：電話前台請再送一雙拖鞋，前台男生告訴我一個分機號碼，讓我換個號碼打。這個流程看似沒問題，前台分工明確，客人應該搞清楚具體的配送部門。但很少碰到這麼操作的星級酒店。
環境：走路能到地鐵站，香格里拉就在對面馬路，邊上也有麥當勞、萬象城等等，出行比較方便。

酒店交通非常方便，離地鐵口非常近，幾分鐘就到了。房間乾淨整潔，寬敞明亮，安靜，適合旅遊後好好休息。前台服務熱情好客，微笑服務。周邊還有很多好吃的，地理位置得天獨厚。下次到武漢繼續入住該酒店。

酒店附近有一條咖啡街，一座超級大的商場，生活休閑。旁邊地鐵線路有3條，四通八達。房間採光好，前台服務熱情周到，特別要感謝前台的程先生，辦理入住的時候見到我家孩子還送了小禮品。下次還會選擇兆瑞。

房間環境舒適，隔音效果很好。因為距離武漢市小童醫院近就訂了這家，最讓我看中的是免費停車場，步行到醫院500米。綜合下來性價比要比周邊的酒店高很多！醫院周邊停車費很貴的，去過的都清楚。
