I stayed in this hotel with my daughter. The hotel was clean and spacious. They cleaned it every day and changed the towel. Ordering food was easy because when the food gets delivered to the hotel, they'll send a robot to bring the food to your hotel room.
My only issue was breakfast. It's kind of a first come first serve thing. On my first morning, we went to breakfast at 9 (meaning there was still an hour of breakfast time) and there was hardly any food left and even when everything was finished, they didn't refill the food. The second day we went there at 8 and that's when we got good breakfast.

I chose this hotel blindly. I brought my children and wife to Wuhan for a trip. It was an unexpected surprise. The service was really considerate. When checking in, the lady at the front desk gave children slippers and toiletries. She also gave my little daughter a bubble blowing toy. Although it was not a very expensive gift, the child was very, very happy. Many hotels would not have it. Because there were extra rooms at check-in time, the lady took the initiative to help us upgrade to a duplex family room experience. The lady who cleaned the room on the 7th floor was also very enthusiastic and responsive. The room was really big. The children loved the two floors. There was also a super large floor-to-ceiling window with plenty of sunlight and ventilation. The environment was also very good.
