We extended 1 more night as service level is great and breakfast is reasonably acceptable. Reception staff are great help when asking for assistance by us.

The most I loved was it’s Robert. Well I feel hotel gives best service but it’s name is confusing as I see on trip.con same hotel with two names I booked with this name but hotel name was IBIS it need to place proper pictures it becomes confusing to find. I wish it was bit more near to subway but ideally all what was mentioned was right. Subway is 1kms distance. Food corners are also nearby and also for me Hankou station was near

I went out with my girlfriend on May Day. This hotel is very good. Two bottles of drinks were given when I entered the door. When I left, I had something else and checked out an hour late. Drinks were also given. I was very happy that I didn't have to pay. It's worth coming again.
