We stayed in this hotel for two days and they were very pleasant. They were repairing the floor area but it was not unpleasant for us. The staff was always pleasant and very helpful. Our family travel to China very often and we will surely use your hotel again.

房間設施都很好，衞生情況也ok，前台小姐姐的態度都非常好，又好看又熱情哈哈哈哈，酒店的早餐也還可以哦，熱乾麪挺好吃的，味道都不錯，總之就是很推薦

地理位置不錯，旁邊就是黃鶴樓和辛亥革命博物館，户部巷也不遠，好吃的陳掌櫃和肥肥蝦莊走幾分鐘就到，有智能助手，每天還贈送水果礦泉水飲料，服務員非常熱心負責，早餐品種也多，非常棒

住了三天 還不錯 房間挺乾淨的 就是晚上不知道是空調聲還是啥的 有點吵 其他都不錯 早餐東西不多 但是蠻好吃的 每天都要吃一碗麪麪～還送飲料和水果 每天水果都吃不完 去黃鶴樓也很方便 前台小姐姐們都很和善 進進出出都會問好～

在武漢的最後一晚，選擇了漫心酒店。離黃鶴樓户部巷非常近！酒店前台旁邊的電梯可以直接看到黃鶴樓的夜景！！還沒到酒店的時候，工作人員就已經在聯繫我了，還給了我旅遊攻略！非常感謝🙏
房間水果和飲料也很好吃！隔壁第三家店還能買外貿原單衣服哈哈哈！電視機很大，刷劇舒服！全屋小度智能聲控！最後走的時候還給了我們小禮物！在武漢的最後一晚，滿分體驗！

五一出行先是定了漫心江漢路步行街店2晚2764元，到店後裝修氣味嚴重，實在無法忍受，取消後又預訂了漫心首義廣場店2晚2488元（含攜程300禮券），實際衹住了一晚退回802元，因為1從地鐵站過去不方便，有距離並且要過地下通道，電梯還不能用，結果就是拖着沉重行李箱走了十幾分鍾又上又下幾十個台階 2房間面積小，窗子很近對着居民樓的窗子。
對此行選擇漫心很失望，服務很好，追着我們送伴手禮就為了不寫差評，我也明白了網上沒有差評怎麼回事了。
發出來就是講下客觀真實情況，供後面的人蔘考。

酒店整體色彩搭配養眼清新，房內有小度智能語音系統，使用方便。服務非常周到，前台有給小朋友準備的爆米花，不是一小杯，而是一大桶；房內有水果；前台小姐姐們漂亮又親切。兒子是經常出入高級酒店的，他評價這個酒店是住過最好的。退房時還贈送了一袋小零食和水，我衹想要一瓶，小姐姐硬是又塞了一瓶，説這個小小的，帶着不累，省得又花錢去買。以後來武漢的話，還住這裏。

酒店的工作人員都特別好，很熱心，暖心。酒店的地理位置也很不錯，離大成路，糧道街，黃鶴樓都比較近，可步行20分鐘內到達，房間大小也可以，滿意。
