The room hygiene is very bad, there is a layer of dust on the TV, there are bugs in the bathroom, and the bottom of the bathtub looks very dirty. It may be a newly renovated room. There is a pungent smell. The window of the room cannot be opened and there is no ventilation. The hotel service is very disappointing and the experience is very bad. 1. The vehicle entering the Wutai Mountain Scenic Area must be booked in advance. We didn’t know this information. The Marriott Hotel is in the scenic area, so we can only park the car outside the scenic area, which is very inconvenient. I checked in at the hotel and fed back this information to the hotel, hoping that it will be improved in the future. The tall and thin manager named Liu in the hotel lobby pushed himself clean. The bad experience we had was Ctrip’s problem, and it had nothing to do with their hotel. The next morning, the hotel had three buses that could take the guests staying in the hotel directly to the scenic area, but they didn’t tell us and asked us to take the bus to go in. I also asked the hotel staff in advance how to get to the scenic area and how to book a vehicle, but they didn’t tell us. I feel that the hotel did it on purpose. The experience of Marriott Hotel this time was extremely bad.

The environment is really great, there are mountains and trees around, a natural oxygen bar, performances every night, and convenient supermarkets and restaurants nearby. "Fanjingli" is as artistic as its name suggests. Marriott Hotel is definitely the leader among the five-star hotels in Wutai Mountain 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 By the way, the breakfast is also quite good 🙂

Everything is satisfactory, except that the second registration for entering the mountain needs more training. Someone at the front desk concierge said that there is no such service. My husband went to the highway to register before dawn and missed the bus back. Fortunately, the hotel's kind driver came to pick him up.

The room size, breakfast and view are not much to say about Marriott's standard. Booked two rooms: The facilities in the first room were of poor quality. Two sockets were broken, one located on the desk and the other on the washstand in the bathroom. I couldn't even charge my phone. The bathtub linkage screen was broken. It had no linkage function and could only be pulled one by one. The second room had a problem with the anti-theft door lock. After swiping the card, the handle could not be pulled normally to open the door. I returned to the room too late at night and didn't give any feedback. After checking out the next day and giving feedback to the front desk, the front desk didn't even say an apology or laugh it off, just pretending not to hear it. It is recommended that future guests check the room facilities before checking in.

I am very happy to have a brand hotel like Marriott Hotel in Wutai Mountain. I stay here every time I come to Wutai Mountain. I choose to eat three meals a day in the hotel. The lady at the front desk also helped us upgrade to a Jingguang room for free. Thank you☺️

First of all, the hotel is in the scenic area. You can only enter by booking a vehicle. However, the booking platform was sold out within a minute, which was harder to grab than the Spring Festival train ticket! Because I failed to make a reservation, I drove a tram, and there was only a super old charging area nearby to charge, so it took us 3 hours to get into the hotel! All the charging piles in the hotel are idle! Since it is a five-star hotel, if you can't let guests check in smoothly, what kind of five-star hotel is it? Second, I didn't finish my breakfast in the morning because I was in a hurry, so I packed a cup of coffee and tea. Because I had my mobile phone and room card in one hand, it was impossible for me to hold two cups of hot tea and coffee in the other hand, so I asked the manager for a small bag, and he said there was no one and left! My arm was burned by the cup! Is this the attitude of a five-star hotel? Is it worthy of the room fee of 1,580 yuan per night?

I chose to stay at the Marriott Hotel when I went to Mount Wutai for the first time. The experience was very good. There is a small town outside the hotel. The supporting facilities are good, clean and well maintained. Here are a few specific points: First, when the plane arrived in Xinzhou on the morning of the 26th, the Wutai Mountain Scenic Area was closed due to heavy rain, so we could not check in. We called the hotel to communicate, and the hotel quickly handled the order changes. Secondly, as soon as the unblocking information came out on the 27th, we successfully entered the scenic area and arrived at the hotel. The service staff was enthusiastic, well-trained, and responsive. Because there were several places in the scenic area that were under construction and dust was severe, and I didn’t bring a mask myself, I asked if the hotel had a mask. The staff responded enthusiastically that they could go back to their office to get one for me. Unfortunately, the shuttle bus I ordered arrived early and I couldn’t get a mask, which made the young lady run in vain. I felt a little sorry. Finally, the hotel’s catering is not bad and can meet most of the needs of vegetarians. We called room service once, and the delivery speed was quite fast. The Margherita pizza and pasta were both at the standard, and the children devoured them. It would be perfect if some soy products could be added to the plain noodles or if soy products could be ordered separately. The only drawback is that there are some uncles and aunts who are heavy smokers among the hotel guests. They either smoke in the corridor of the guest room or in the restaurant. I advised them to put out their cigarette butts, but they only agreed verbally, and their fingers were still honestly holding the cigarette tightly. I guess the service staff were too young to dissuade them. The smell of smoke is really not friendly to sensitive noses. In short, the overall experience is good, and I will probably choose to stay at Marriott again if I come to Wutai Mountain next year.
