The service was excellent! All the staff we interacted with were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Joyce especially stood out; she thoughtfully upgraded our room and helped us with the invoice. We were in a bit of a rush leaving home and forgot our child's test papers, but Joyce went above and beyond to print them for us. We're very grateful!

We came to visit during New Year's Day, and the service was exceptionally good, definitely five-star worthy! Randy helped us upgrade our room type and patiently waited to answer many of our questions. During the holidays, there were a lot of food deliveries, and when the robots couldn't keep up, the staff delivered them directly to our room, which was incredibly thoughtful. Our room had a large bathtub, and the kids had a blast playing in it. We were very satisfied!
