This is the second time I came here to stay at the hotel. The overall service is generally speaking. Only the front desk and room attendants are very enthusiastic. From the security guards who enter the door, I really don't know where they come from. In addition to receiving the young lady and being very enthusiastic, the waiter is really lacking in training, which makes people feel very lazy I took a glass and saw that the glass was still cracked. I poured a new glass. I remember the first time I came here.

我不知道這個酒店是不是五星級酒店，但是這個酒店是我住過最差的酒店，沒有之一（ps:我衹住五星級，不是炫富，是想説我這個人就是潔癖）。我住了四天，所有的情況如下:1:先説酒店外面的保安，反正見到你也不會和你打招呼，更不要説從沒幫你開車門拿行李了，第一個差評給所有的安保人員。永遠都是自己扛着四個大行李箱的，路人看到都會幫忙吧?2:前台的服務人員永遠沒有笑容，答非所問，臉上寫着:生人勿擾，本人家裡開酒店的，酒店管理培訓我略懂一些，不用説和國外的培訓比吧，這種水平三星級都比他強。3:送水的細節:首先我加了一次水要的是三瓶，這不過分吧?結果送來的是兩瓶冰露，第二次我要求更換水，並且不要這個品牌，服務人員電話回覆:我們衹有這個品牌，我大聲地回到:那我剛剛送的品牌並不是冰露，服務人員才説那我給你送兩瓶吧。再後有一次要求加水，前台很囂張的和我説:我們超過四瓶要加錢，我説我每次都超過四瓶，都沒收我錢，前台人員才説那我先給你送兩瓶吧。該酒店的規定就是能省則省?真沒見過那麼摳門的酒店。4:打掃阿姨:住的第二天我回到酒店是懵逼的，所有的一次性牙刷浴帽等都沒給我填充，都不要説其他的茶包什麼的了，床上的枕頭也給我收到衣櫃上面，你怎麼知道我不用枕頭了?問也沒問一聲，連早上打開門遇到打掃阿姨，你好再見從不説，每次都當沒看到。5:在這個酒店出沒的也都是商務人士，我相信大家也是圖方便和周遭沒有其他好的酒店，才下榻於此，但是這個酒店所有的服務人員都是一臉冷漠，並且看到客人都當做沒看到。總結:大家不用來住這個酒店，真的非常差，我從沒給任何一家酒店差評，但是這個酒店真的是挑釁客人的那種，住這種還不如住如家，酒店的老闆也好好抓抓員工培訓吧，素質低就算了還一個個都白領工資的，所説的一切屬實，從沒那麼生氣過，這條差評不會刪掉！

出行基本都是選擇住在杉莊這裏，環境還是可以的，酒店也大，就是位置稍微偏了一點。工作人員態度都還可以，前台小侯辦理入住也很快，贈送了早餐，早餐吃着還可以。大堂小胡態度也不錯，房間夠大，衞生搞的也挺好的。

又住了一晚，感覺還是不錯。要説瑕疵的話，就是員工笑臉和身體語言有待提高，和其他星級酒店比較，沒有達到職業標準。往往是一句你好，比較淺層次的感覺，當然，這已經是極好的了。
