入住時問了下能不能換大床，沒有的話原來的雙床也可以，服務較好的那位説沒大床了，另一個人偷摸的把河景房給我換成普通房間了，雖然看了下河景也沒什麼看頭，但房費差幾十塊問都沒問我一句，服務意識太差！停車場、酒店大堂和房間分別在三個地方，非常不方便，拿一堆行李走半天懶得再換了。
早餐光拿了個雞蛋，也沒什麼吃的

環境不知道 因為晚上去的 前台和客房態度很不錯 我訂了3個房間 給我們全部都是一層前台説在網上訂的都是一層 我就想知道 這一層能看見什麼 住了一晚上第二天早上使用智能開空調、打開窗簾 都是系統有問題 沒把我們熱死 真是挺無語的

自駕中線在五指山歇腳，算是性價比還不錯的一家酒店🏨
這個價格有早餐有泳池，房間也還挺乾淨整潔（忘拍了），已經不錯了。
就是泳池開放時間有點短，從下午三點到七點衹有四個小時，海南人親力親為反內卷哈哈。然後是離五指山景區二十多公里，會稍稍有點遠。

酒店整體服務很好，特別表揚前台姓胡的女孩兒，細心周到。酒店硬件也不錯，不過裝修細節沒做好，應該是驗收不合格的問題，比如有新裝修的味道，我覺得這點大多數客人還是比較在意的，其他還好吧，住多了海景，陽台河景也不錯，有山有河，另一種感受。

五指山環境空氣挺好的負氧離子高看到都説這家酒店是五指山最好的酒店 去年開業的房間智控的小巧思不錯 房間衞生乾淨整潔前台小周服務讓人印象深刻 不能説面面俱到吧 但可以説是事無鉅細 該考慮的都考慮到的都考慮到了三亞的酒店服務都比不上這麼貼心的下次還來住

大堂高大上，剛開不到一年，實施不算太全 ，但是很新，房間加錢升了個500多的房型，不得不説景色是真的好，感謝前台胡姐，優質服務，貼心的舉動讓人感動！訂房前打電話到酒店前台，剛好胡姐接電話，幫我們介紹酒店的一應實施和優特點！最後才選擇這裏，可惜是入住期間沒能見到本人！ 應該是個很熱情的東北姐姐！會推薦朋友過來！早餐很好看，好吃😋

環境：五指山空氣清新，這個酒店在一條河道旁邊，房間望出去景色還行，對面都是樓房。能看到山景。
酒店周圍蠻多都是空空的樓，附近有個吃椰子雞的餐館還不錯。整體覺得酒店大堂和一樓一些區域太暗了。
衞生：房間衞生ok的
設施：房間裏的設施不太行，電視遙控器電池沒電，電話打不了，洗澡水一開始很多冷水。
服務：好在我們那層的打掃的小姐姐還是比較不怕我們麻煩的，在幫忙解決問題，前台娟娟人美心善，服務也可。
費用：洗衣服要錢的哈，不是那種公共的。和之前住的幾個家庭房酒店比，這家店整體房間價格我覺得有些偏貴了。可能因為酒店比較新，但是發現入住率好像不是很高。
早餐：中西樣式的早點都有。
