Great room and great service. enjoy my stay in park plaza hotel. i would like to suggest the food to have more variety perhaps some different food each day specially for long staying guest can enjoy different food each day. location is great just next to metro station and one station away from Xian North Main station almost can reach anywhere from the hotel.

One station from XianbeiZhan with very little walk. Delicious restaurant and convenient store nearby. Free washer and dryer. They even offer to wash your clothes in the daytime. I got a free room upgrade, plenty space to pack stuffs. Free Wifi is Jinjianghotel group, a liitle hard for me foreigner to use (possibly a new policy), but the staffs are very kind and helped us out with all their might. A/C is smart, fast, and quiet. Toilet is warm. Room is clean. Breakfast is filling with acceptable variety. Left luggage is also a plus for us. Some staffs speak good English, but all are helpful and are willing to make my stay wonderful. This hotel will be my first choice in my future stay in North Xian.

I stayed at this hotel because it’s close to the train station, the location is convenient and there are restaurant infront of the hotel. The staff was very nice and professional. The breakfast was very good, the food tasted fresh and flavorful, most hotels all food tastes the same. They even delivered us some extra fruit to the room. Iwould definitely stay there again if I’m in Xian.

3. Hotel location. It is easy to find and very obvious. It is very close to the subway and the main railway station, which is very convenient for people on business trips.
This time, I stayed in the hotel suddenly. I was originally transferring in Xi'an North. Because the high-speed rail was delayed, the trip was cancelled and I had to stay in Xi'an for one night. I didn't expect there would be a surprise. When I checked in, the front desk upgraded my room. From the entrance to the check-in, the overall feeling is that the service is particularly enthusiastic. The hotel has just opened not long ago. I was also amazed when I entered the room, which made me recover from my tired state. The bed was also very comfortable at night. I could feel that the quilt was a down quilt, and the fruit drinks in the room were free.
