第一次給人寫差評，環境特別差，連個衞生紙一次性拖鞋都沒有，態度也非常不好，要紙還要自己去拿，誰住這酒店誰倒黴，真的噁心人，地也很臟沒拖過一樣，衞生差。

因為訂單成功以後商家不同意退款，所以衹能辦理了入住，入住以後發現房子想象的糟糕太多，房間內設施陳舊、除了床上其他地方衞生差的人都不敢直視，相當噁心！酒店周邊環境也十分惡劣，尤其是消防安全非常讓人擔心。
晚上回來以後準備洗澡，結果發現沒有熱水，仔細觀察以後發現熱水器壓根就沒有出水口，十一點多了，衹能先睡。
睡到十二點，突然被房子裏嘀嘀嘀的報警聲和嘩嘩的水聲吵醒，找了半天沒發現是什麼原因，於是打電話給前台讓排查。
前台過來以後告訴我是房間牆壁裏裝的燃氣熱水器的報警聲音和流水聲！對，沒錯，他們把燃氣熱水器用木板封在了牆裡！更過份的時這個熱水器還是和旁邊房子共用的，所以人家用熱水我房子裏會有流水聲，酒店前台告訴我讓我忍一忍！
我問燃氣熱水器封在牆裡消防允許嗎，安全嗎，前台給我的回答是這幢大樓都在這麼搞！問我房間為什麼沒有熱水，回答是可能燃氣卡里沒有錢了！又説我沒有提前給他們説所以不知道！我反問道你酒店預訂時説的24小時熱水是讓客人自己準備？前台又説道現在西安旅遊旺季，房子緊張，她這房子平時定120這會417還是搶着定。直接是暴擊！沒有天理！吃相難看！
我們説任何行業、任何交易都存在一個供需關係，通過供需關係決定交易金額，但這個進行的前提是在公平原則下，或者是不存在欺詐的情況下！
而我這次踩的雷卻讓人異常氣憤，一是酒店內部照片過份P圖，你無法知道真實的房間現狀，訂單下完以後又不允許退款；二是無視消防安全，熱氣熱水器封裝在房間隔牆內，一旦發生泄漏很難發現，容易着火爆炸，同時酒店樓梯間疏於管理，牆壁過火的痕跡都顯而易見；三是老闆吃相難看，平日裏一百多的垃圾房子還標榜成公寓酒店收你四五百、六七百，關鍵是你設施垃圾到人沒法正常入住！所以，對於這種毫無底線，喪失良知的老闆必須要曝光，同時提醒更多的朋友防止掉坑！

巨坑！
1.沒有礦泉水，甚至連包紙都沒有
2.前台簡直差！訂了兩間房，早上我先退房，前台沒看到人衹有聲音，我忘了退按金前台一點不提醒，而且他家入住時不提醒12點退房，我朋友第二間出去一趟回來超時半小時問他要超時費
3.衞生間排水管晚上很吵，而且半夜隱約聽到有人開我房間門，一整晚都沒睡好

服務員態度真的是太差了，我們到的比較早，説十二點退房後就可以辦入住，結果到快一點了去辦理入住，服務員不知道去哪了，打電話服務員態度可差了，口氣很硬的説兩點才能入住，後來服務員來了就開始和我們理論何時才能入住的問題。還有就是在攜程上看不用交按金，但是在辦入住的時候還讓交按金，和實際不符

沒住過這麼惡劣的酒店，還招待所都不比不上，設施臟亂不説了，主要是服務態度極差，別人是顧客是上帝，你反應問題，直接懟人……一副無所謂吃定你的態度……我事後看了這個店的差評，不僅不反思自己的服務和問題，而且極其沒素質，暴露顧客私隱，就問這種店，就問攜程管不管
