入住體驗非常好，周邊是學校，臨近小吃街和菜場，吃飯非常方便，交通也比較便利，靠近地鐵站和公交車站，離火車站也近，房間較新，大小也合適

房間還可以，服務一般，去吃早餐，結果我們房間的早餐讓別人給報過房號了，結果前台的回答讓人大跌眼鏡，説他們管不了，後來我都發火了，我説你們不管難道讓我們顧客自己去找誰報我們房間號嗎，這服務簡直是太逗了吧！最後看我發火了就直接讓進去用早餐了，他們才去調的監控，這服務質量真搞笑，太給西安抹黑了

房間馬桶漏水，太吵了。孩子高考中午休息，馬桶的水不停響影響睡覺，實在鬧心。反饋説修理，直到退房還沒修好，第二天中午還有人在樓道大聲説話🗣。服務有待提高

房間有怪味，屋頂有漏水的大片大片水漬，提前在攜程定的235，入住後一看攜程變成215了，提前定還不如現場訂

不錯，值得推薦，位置也不錯，離城牆挺近，去不夜城也挺方便，價格總體格式，在內城，旅遊景點也多，必須推薦
