The hotel room was very unhygienic, the floor was sticky, the door was as big as a band-aid, the window was broken and could not be closed, I called the front desk. After checking the hygiene, they changed the room, the bed sheet in the new room was still torn and a little damp... Although the price was over 100, at least the hygiene should be acceptable...

I came to Xi'an for fun. The accommodation was very good and I slept very comfortably at night. I also stored my luggage and left by taxi. It was convenient and fast. Next time I come to Xi'an, I will choose this hotel again!

The front desk was very friendly and efficient. There was tea in the lobby and it had a Chinese New Year a**osphere. The air conditioner was very warm. The room was clean and tidy.
