晚上入住説不要頭尾房不要頭尾房，二次給我還是拍了尾房，房間進去了衞生間的門條框脱落，出門晚出了45分鐘，就住了10個小時左右，前台説不給好評就需要加收30塊錢，也住了不少酒店了，這樣子要好評不覺得很牽強嗎，地毯上面的毛髮更不想説

第一次入住這個酒店 離奧體中心很近 知道我們是來看演唱會的還送了抱枕和酸奶 房間空間很大 離地鐵口很近 出行方便 前台的小姐姐很好 我們去的早 房間沒收拾好 還給了我們酸梅湯 下次有機會還住在這裏

其他都還好挺滿意的，裝修也挺好看，周圍荒涼一點但靠近地鐵站很方便。我就説早餐的事。
早餐15元/人自助，的確有點便宜，聽到價格我心裏就咯噔一下。那天早上我下來前台買早餐券，然後還得出酒店大門！出門走兩百多米繞到同一棟大樓的背面維也納酒店去吃早餐！兩家酒店可能有關係，但反正得出門！早餐7～9點有，我瑟瑟發抖冒着寒風出門八點半去，進餐廳裏面一點也不暖和，還發現盤子是涼的，好幾個菜比如白菜菜花也是涼的，我也不知道那可能原本是涼菜？沒幾個菜，熱的主要可能就是主食牛奶粥雞蛋什麼的，大早上怪冷的我為啥要吃那麼多涼菜？反正總體一個字“冷”。我覺得Y酒店內部不提供早餐是設施問題，隔壁酒店早餐環境不怎麼樣，還是挺影響體驗的。的確沒人逼我去吃，但出差在外，附近也沒什麼吃的，我衹能去吃那個早餐。

我訂的是三人間，一家三口剛剛好。房型合理，設施齊全舒適，很好。關鍵是距離地鐵站非常近，每天坐地鐵出行，把車停在酒店的停車位上。很方便。

房間面積有點狹窄，網絡要加載好一會，服務一般，這些我都可以接受畢竟三星也就200塊可以理解早餐是在酒店付費到旁邊的維也納去吃本來也沒想着有多好品質在意料之中因為價位在哪放着，但是你牛奶兑水什麼意思？第一口就嚐出了不對本以為是自己味覺的問題但是越喝越不對很明顯是兑了水的頓時心情極其差吃了一個雞蛋就走了

環境還可以，細節不咋地，沒有茶葉怎麼行呢任何這個價位的連鎖都有茶葉，這必須是標配。值得好評的是酒店空調，但如果是暖氣就更好了。

離地鐵站很近，離奧體中心體育場也好近，出行很方便。房間寬敞，乾淨整潔。是來看張傑演唱會的，酒店前台放置了觀看演唱會温馨提示，還貼心的準備了張傑的抱枕，送了兩杯酸奶，很用心。
