這次來西安旅遊，選擇了這家美豪麗致酒店，前台小哥哥小姐姐們都很熱情，商務會客區有免費的礦泉水，還有小零食都是免費提供的，6樓有自助洗衣房，很方便洗衣房還帶烘乾，9樓還有健身房，超級棒，主要是下午茶都是免費提供的，回來吃點水果小孩也非常喜歡，環境相當不錯，設施的話開關都是一鍵啟動，窗簾是一鍵開關，相當方便，挺人性化，電視機音質很好，早餐豐厚，水果，咖啡，點心應有盡有，地理位置很好，出門就能看到城牆，夜景很美，距離鐘鼓樓很近，而且離那個網紅唱歌打卡地方超級近，回來在手機上叫了網約車，不小心把手機忘在車上了，回到酒店後才發現手機不見了，着急的跑到前台，前台小姐姐甜甜和燕燕很熱情的幫我聯繫了網約車平台的人工客服，還借用前台的手機讓我給朋友打電話，前台小姐姐看我疲憊，讓我先回房間休息，等到司機把手機送到後聯繫我下來拿，酒店處理問題能第一時間為客人着想，酒店整體管理很標準，體驗感很不錯，值得下次再來入住！

酒店房間温馨，裝修很有品味，設施設備齊全，投影的質感也很不錯，高清大屏幕，房間乾淨整潔，床品很乾凈衞生，洗完澡躺到床上看電影很舒服！讓人感覺放鬆舒適，跟在自己家一樣，房間裏面還貼心的準備了礦泉水紅茶和綠茶，礦泉水不夠了每個樓層電梯旁有個桌子都可以隨便拿。酒店裡麪還有健身房，洗衣房，還有停車場，下午茶免費，可以和朋友聊天喝茶，服務非常好，地理位置優越，出行方便，去回民街，鐘樓，性價比很高。前台服務非常好，前台小姐姐甜甜給我們送了一盤歡迎水果，很貼心，退房早的話，想去哪裡逛逛帶着行李不方便，都可以寄存到前台，強烈推薦給想去西安的朋友，以後有機會，仍會選擇入住這家酒店！
