地上好多臟東西，也沒人擦，第二天清掃房間還是沒收拾，西安室外温度三十多度，室內顯示28°，酒店竟然不開冷風，而且找了兩次，依然拒絕開冷風!真無語，下次再去西安不會住了!入住之前看了去年的差評，感覺應該都不會發生了，但是沒有想到這種檔次的酒店竟然對自己的錯誤拒不改正!去年什麼樣今年還什麼樣!大家避雷!而且隔音超級差!

一如即往的好，前台人員很耐心，早餐麪包吐司種類多，孩子很愛吃！房間乾淨，安靜，尤其洗澡水壓力特別大，特別舒服，有地下停車場，下雪也不怕車子落雪，可以直接坐電梯到客房。過年接待親戚，朋友的理想住處👍👍👍

衞生：衞生很乾凈，住的親子房還給孩子安排了小朋友的用品。
服務：服務不錯，工作人員都很有禮貌，入住還準備了水果，而且品質都很不錯。續住也幫忙申請了優惠。
設施：淋浴、廁所和洗手枱是分開的，這個點不錯，但是淋浴比較麻煩的是沒有放浴巾和衣服的地方，要出來洗手枱拿，這個希望可以改進。
交通方面打車去不夜城和城牆那邊都挺方便的。
