房間設施還行，但服務態度太差了，一晚上三四百的酒店，找前台幫個忙像是做賊一樣不受待見。年輕的兩個前台還挺好，有個年紀大一點説陝西話的女前台，好像是前台領導吧，問她事情非常敷衍不耐煩，不願意幫忙就算了還給我翻白眼，一點服務意識和職業素養也沒有。工作時間打私人電話，看到我在等她也不理我，把我晾了幾分鐘，最後也沒幫我，還是找其他前台解決的。我常年在各地住酒店，就算是住一兩百的華住會都沒受過這種氣，看酒店檔次在當地還可以，為啥工作人員是這個態度？

首先，這家店會歧視攜程客户。我在攜程上訂了早餐，結果長者去吃竟然説沒有，西北冬季的大清早，3個50+的長者帶着80+的長者出去吃飯，店家一句不好意思就蓋過一切。其次，出了問題我試圖聯繫，但回的很慢，基本不回覆，一直到我找了攜程介入，回覆了，説退錢。對，自己的工作失誤，給客户乾巴巴的退錢就好了，額外的任何補償都沒有。最後，我還是理解了，我也沒多要其他補償，退錢就好了，結果！答應了退錢，轉頭消失了，一直到8個小時後，我又聯繫不回我，我説我要找攜程，才勉為其難乾巴巴給我退款了。所以。這是價格偏高，服務很差，客户經理幾乎沒有任何解決能力的店，在這家店出了事兒，你就指望攜程吧，你想自己商議解決門都沒有，以上。

房間是新裝修的，屋裡有小度智能，乾淨衞生，尤其是衞生間配備了遙控智能馬桶，很驚喜，前台美女服務很熱情，預購的雙人間我帶着孩子還贈送了一張孩子的自助早餐卷，大大的贊一個，地下停車場免費，自駕遊很友好。下次還來這裏。
