以前住她們家感覺還不錯，也住過好多次了，結果上次去凌晨洗澡直接停水，也聯繫不到他們，第二天早上起來着急去上班洗漱還是沒水，當時解決辦法就是説下次走她們線下優惠，我也沒有再多説什麼，結果這次聯繫她們也不是什麼節假日週末的，就給我少了幾塊錢，為了幾塊錢我至於跟你這樣，總讓我説我説了又説不行，讓她去申請，她也不去還要讓我説，你處理不了可以找能處理的來處理，真的是服了，説到最後又説物業的問題，感情就你們沒問題唄……

我是週五去訂的房間.去看好了22樓城牆景色.還升級了豪華房.最後跟不不是我訂的那間。並且兩點入住結果四點才到房間。跟老闆多次溝通.他讓我住8樓的同款房間，更不用説 城牆景色。我也是一個跑全國出差的人.這種不講信用.不講道理.態度惡劣的人我也第一次見。這個老闆反差極大.訂房前點頭哈腰.訂完以後蠻不講理。及其不講信用。西安一般都是夜景。如果你想看夜景就不再他家.不一定幾點入住。下午四點催八次才進屋。定好的行程根本來不急改。至於設施.都是最低廉的.熱水器是40.50升的.頭髮上的女生洗一次.下一個人就要等20分燒水再洗。花灑就是塑料的熱水器贈送的.水很細。衞生間地磚是那種廉價的.不防滑的.服務沒有服務.前太每天就一個人.找她打電話.有一個不錯.另一個呵呵。衞生嗎.還行.廁所有點捲毛也算正常

房間很整潔，床墊及被子都很舒服，有按摩椅的房間超值，投影幕很大，都是VIP會員可選很多頻道。盛安廣場同樣的公寓，這家設施及服務最好。
