Service: The hotel front desk staff were warm and enthusiastic, offering great recommendations for local attractions. The hotel's proximity to tourist spots made getting around very convenient. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out! Facilities: It had all the amenities you'd expect from a modern hotel. Environment: The room was pretty quiet, though I could hear doors opening and closing next door. Location: The location is truly excellent, right near Zhenhai Road subway station, though it is on a slope. A right turn from the hotel leads straight to Zhongshan Road commercial street, making dining and shopping very convenient. There's a huge selection of food delivery options, and the robot delivery service was very fast. It's super convenient to get to Gulangyu, Xiamen University, Nanputuo Temple, the Botanical Garden, and Shapowei. Highly recommended!

Good stay, clean and comfortable beds. Concierge is nice and friendly. Good food options around the hotel. Self service laundry available. Will choose to return when in Xiamen again.

I was strolling around the island for the weekend and stayed at the Atour Hotel. The hotel seemed to be newly renovated, as the facilities were quite new, and the room was spacious. The shower water pressure was strong and comfortable. The shampoo and shower gel were just average, so I recommend bringing your own. The TV was large, but it didn't have on-demand functionality, so I couldn't watch many shows. I hope they'll add on-demand options next time. The hotel breakfast was quite good, with a wide variety of options. The only downside was that it was a bit far from SM Plaza. It would have been perfect if it were closer and within walking distance!

The location is perfect if you are visiting Jimei University. It is just beside the gate. In front of the hotel is Wanda Mall. The hotel serves good breakfast. They change the menu of the main dishes everyday. There are about 4 vegetables and one meat that changes every day. They also serve good noodles. The hotel has a laundry room. You can wash your clothes for free. The food in the mini bar are all free. They provide drip coffee and leaf tea in the room. The staff are helpful. My aircon won't cool and they went to my room immediately at 3am to change the settings. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is near to airport about 10minute. The front desk people are friendly and helpful. Give the best attention to customer needs . Kind and offering their help. I really feel so comfortable to stay this hotel. If i will visit have another transit at Xiamen and definitely will stay this hotel. and hotel room very clean and have free laudry room which is very convenient. My experience with Atour Hotels is consistently excellent, and this particular stay was fantastic. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting guests with a warm smile. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the complimentary late-night congee delivery was also a very thoughtful touch. Overall, Atour is always my top choice when I need a hotel.

The hotel is super clean and the staff is really kind. They welcome me with a fresh cup of tea with a big smile. They have a small gym and the laundry room that has everything you need to clean and hygiene your clothes. The room is clean and spacious. The breakfast is various and fresh. I will come back next time I will go to see my friends. 10/10.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in at Xiamen. It is very close to the beach and the atmosphere is awesome. The hotel has a big swimming pool and a sitting area. It also has a reading corner where you can sit and read. The hotel rooms are impeccable. It is fully equipped with modern amenities, and it's very clean and neat. On top of all, all the front desk executives are professional and welcoming. The customer service was topnotch. I therefore recommend this hotel for any traveller.

Pay attention to the weather forecast at all times, take all precautions, pay more attention to safety when traveling, and try to avoid traveling during heavy rainstorms. 2. In case of thunder and lightning, turn off the power supply of electrical appliances in your home promptly to prevent lightning from causing damage to home appliances; keep flashlights, candles and other emergency items at home in case of power outage. 3. When going out during the flood season, pay attention to street billboards, telephone poles and manhole covers. Do not take shelter under trees. It is not recommended to go out. Do not go to landslides or collapses with warning signs.
