Catherine at the front desk is my best friend at the Xiamen hotel — it’s the only hotel I choose whenever I travel to the city. Every time I check in, Xiao Liu thoughtfully arranges a room that matches my preferences perfectly. She has always taken great care of me, and now that she’s about to have a baby, (congratulations!! ) She recommended a sales colleague to support my future stays, which I really appreciate. Everything here is excellent: the rooms are consistently clean and hygienic, and my overall experience is always pleasant. I feel well taken care of every time I return and I love the design.

During my stay, Catherine provided excellent service, everyone at the hotel was polite, the call center had sweet voices, the restaurant was quite nice, the environment was great, and the hotel was clean and hygienic, making it definitely worth staying at again.

My overall recent stay experience was quite positive. The hotel is conveniently located, and it's easy to access everything I needed during my stay. The breakfast selection was decent, and I appreciated the variety of options available. However, I did encounter an issue during breakfast: I accidentally bit into a small stone in my meal. While the staff was quick to respond and removed the dish promptly, it left me feeling uneasy.
Despite the incident, the staff was friendly and efficient, and the hotel was overall comfortable. I would still recommend it, but I hope they can consider improving meal preparations to ensure a safer and more comfortable experience for all guests.

Good location and walking distance to some of the sightseeing spots. Hotel is still very new and modern, nice deco and grand lobby. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room is beautiful and spacious, comfortable bed too, really good value for money.

Hotel decor was beautiful with lovely landscaping done. Staff were very proactive in making sure our stay was delightful. Bed was very comfortable and the room thoughtfully designed to make you feel at home. Only downside was breakfast was repetitive as we stayed for 3 nights and was bored of the same spread by day 3.

Good service, asked for extra bottles of water which were delivered in a few minutes. Room is spacious and location is close to the beach. Would recommend to stay here.
