The hotel rooms are on high floors, so it's very quiet at night – perfect for light sleepers. The facilities are also well-equipped. There's a restaurant on the 24th floor with amazing views overlooking both banks of the Han River; the environment is beautiful. Beibei and Xiao Zang provided excellent service. Having stayed in so many hotels, the front desk service this time truly impressed me! Zhang Juan was very patient and efficient during check-in, proactively introducing the hotel facilities and nearby restaurants, and even thoughtfully reminding me of the weather changes. If I needed anything during my stay, it was delivered within three minutes of calling – incredibly efficient! Upon check-out, she even inquired about my room experience. Attention to detail truly shows quality; this front desk service deserves a thumbs up, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel's overall decor is simple yet elegant, and the lobby's fresh and pleasant fragrance immediately puts me in a good mood. The room cleaning was exceptionally thorough, leaving every nook and cranny spotless. Bedding was changed daily, and the towels were soft and fluffy. The staff, Xiao Zhang and Xiao Yuan, were warm and attentive, proactively helping me upgrade my room. The hotel's on-site parking and laundry room were incredibly useful, and the freshly cooked noodles and coffee at breakfast were my absolute favorites. Excellent value for money, a must-give five-star review! I've already recommended it to all my friends!

This stay far exceeded my expectations! The hotel has a great location and convenient transportation. Front desk staff Zhang Juan and Zhang Fan were very welcoming and attentive, and check-in was quick. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept soundly all night. The facilities were complete, and the internet was smooth. The attention to detail was excellent, such as the quiet air conditioning and excellent water pressure. It was great value for money, highly recommended, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!!

The dryer in the laundry room was surprisingly bad. It showed a drying time of over two hours, but after that, it showed another hour or so. I set an alarm to go get the clothes in the early morning, only to find they were still more than 50 minutes away. The clothes were still wet, and the temperature inside was only around 40 degrees Celsius. No wonder it took so long to dry! The laundry room is also in a rather remote location and is small. Coupled with the recent continuous rainy weather in Xiangyang, the dryer's performance was truly disappointing. Upon check-in, the hotel didn't proactively provide slippers or a toothbrush for the child after registering their information. The bath mat next to the bathtub was wet and had some mold. The toilet flush was also very slow; after one flush, there was a long wait before you could flush again. The room provided by the hotel had a great view, but unfortunately, it was foggy. The hotel breakfast was mediocre and not up to par for the price. The location is excellent, though; there are shops and bus stops nearby, making it convenient to get to the ancient street, Gulongzhong, and Xiangyang East Railway Station. Hopefully, the laundry room equipment will be upgraded when I have the opportunity to stay there again.
